In the Winter the Cotswold Water Park hosts over 20,000 waterfowl of 40 different species. In the Spring and Summer away from the main sports lakes, the park is home to Warblers and Hobbies and numerous birds on passage. There are several Nature Reserves within the Water Park with public access and viewing facilities. Bird watching hides have been installed overlooking Lake 68c near Waterhay, Lake 34 in Keynes Country Park and Lakes 84 & 85 at Shorncote.
